SHIPPING POLICY
NO CONTEXT garments are printed and packed to order by our UK-based fulfilment partner before being dispatched.
UK DELIVERY
Standard delivery: £2.99
Free standard delivery: Orders of £40 or more
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days
Express delivery: £6.99
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–2 business days
Available delivery options and the final charge will be shown at checkout.
PRODUCTION TIME
As each garment is printed to order, production time is additional to the delivery estimate shown above.
Production and dispatch may take longer during busy periods, stock shortages, severe weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner for production after payment has been authorised.
If you need to change or cancel an order, email matt181083@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation.
Orders containing more than one item may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in different parcels.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check that your delivery name, house number, street, town and postcode are correct before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional delivery costs may apply if an order must be sent again.
DELAYED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, email matt181083@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Please allow for possible carrier delays before reporting a parcel as missing.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the item and all packaging. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and product.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery is available only to countries offered at checkout.
Charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before payment. International orders may be subject to customs delays, import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges.
