UK delivery
Our launch T-shirts are produced to order through our UK fulfilment partner. Most orders require approximately 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and can vary during busy periods.
The delivery charge and available service will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. For standard, non-personalised items bought online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return an item, contact us through the Contact page within that period and we will provide return instructions.
After notifying us of a cancellation, goods should normally be returned within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for the return postage cost.
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate. We will arrange the appropriate remedy in line with your UK consumer rights.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
